simple, easy to learn. Can be practiced anywhere and it has something to offer to every working person - from reducing
stress, to improving relaxation levels to increasing productivity.
Yoga is the union of the mind and body. The poses performed in Yoga are known as asanas. In every asana, along with physical
movements, the mind is also involved through the precise control of breathing. That is where Yoga differs from gymnastics
exercises. Further more, Yoga must be learned from experienced and dedicated teachers.
The 7 days program includes asanas, pranayamas, self relaxing methods, different types of meditations, singing sessions,
