14 days that last a life time

A 14 days program from new moon to full moon. This program is designed for all levels. If you are a beginner, this program is a strong fundamental introduction. If you are a daily practioner, it will be a great session with advanced asanas and pranayamas.

This 14 days program starts with a Agnihomam (fire ceremony).
Then everyday we have two sessions of yoga from morning 7:30 - 9:30 and afternoon 4:30 - 6:30.
Meet an Ayurvedic physician - have a talk about the system of Ayurveda and how it works. Diagnose your constitution and change your life style according to that.
After the afternoon Yoga session - 6:30 - 7:30 Dinner time.
8:00 - Silent Meditation
8:30 - Bhajans
9:00 - Readings

A 7 days stress management program for the IT professionals

The program is happening in the lap of the rainforest in the Western Ghats in Kerala, South India.

Stress at work dose not just wreck havoc on the mind but it affects the body as well. 80% of all ailments are related to the mind - stress at work increases this ailments. Yoga is a holistic method to deal with stress. Yoga is simple, easy to learn. Can be practiced anywhere and it has something to offer to every working person - from reducing stress, to improving relaxation levels to increasing productivity.

Yoga is the union of the mind and body. The poses performed in Yoga are known as asanas. In every asana, along with physical movements, the mind is also involved through the precise control of breathing. That is where Yoga differs from gymnastics exercises. Further more, Yoga must be learned from experienced and dedicated teachers.

The 7 days program includes asanas, pranayamas, self relaxing methods, different types of meditations, singing sessions, Yoga and mediations on the river bed.
